A very charming hotel in the old town, antique interior in the lobby, staircase, restaurant. Perfect location to explore old Torun sites. Good with a parking option on the street in front of the hotel. Room very spacious and comfortable, good sound isolation. An exceptional breakfast with wide variety of the food for any taste including hot dish cooked per individual order. Very helpful and attentive staff. Definitely recommended place to stay in Torun.

We had a family room in the new building and it was fantastic. Two rooms joined by a door so the kids could have their own bathroom, and we could close the door for a bit privacy ☺️ We had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent. The schnitzel was perfekt as well as the carbonara. Breakfast had everything you’d want ☺️ Home made pancakes, perfect scrambled eggs, fresh bread and so much more! The sad thing was that we only booked one night. Had we know how great this place was we would have extended our stay in Torun one more night. Kids loved that there was a football field just 50m from the hotel 😛 Will definitely visit again

We initially ran into some problems with our room being swapped for one we didn't book. Ms Paulina came up with a solution and moved us into a better room promptly. To be honest, this is the first time we were treated so well by any management in a hotel and the like. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely nice and helpful.
