We spent fantastic three weeks at this wonderful and sophisticated place. We had a family suite (suite home) which was cleaned twice a day, thoroughly and discreetly for us. The room was cozy and well equipped with household appliances. From the very arrival we were surrounded with attention and care. All the personnel were responsive, friendly and helpful. We have the warmest and most touching memories of the restaurant Lima staff. Breakfast and brunch were served at Lima and deserved the highest marks due to its variety and quality. Special thanks to chef who makes deserts. We were impatiently waiting for lunch to try the taste of next masterpiece. Of course the main goal of our stay was the fantastic Falésia beach and we experienced the great pleasure at this pearl of Algarve. The way there lies through the well-kept and stylish territory of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and so nice to deal with. The room was very big an beds comfy, hotel was very clean and decorated lovely for Christmas. The food was lovely such a variety every day/night. Location is perfect. Staff are nice and were very helpful when Portugal lost power for the day. They provided extra charging areas etc in lobby.
