This is a very beautiful resort with an amazing garden. We liked it a lot and we were sorry to stay there only one night before our flight back home. The room is big and nice. We hope to be back to Madeira and to have time to stay more nights here.

The perfect service was the possibility to park directly in the basement of the hotel. Although the parking area is small and maneuvering a car is sometimes difficult, without this parking it would be a big problem where to leave the car arround the hotel.

Everything was ok. Nothing to complain. Modern design, large rooms. Rich breakfast. Got parking place in hotel basement parking garage for rented car. In front of hotel entrance door bus stop of Aerobus to the airport, as well as bus stop for the lines towards city center. Many car rentals around the corners. If outside pool would be heated, this hotel would be rated with 12, not only 10. Really recommend this hotel.

Appreciate specially arranged room upgrade. The staff was super kind and helpful, thanks to each and every one that made our stay memorable. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of both cold and hot options, as well as gluten free options which is also highly appreciated. Would come back and recommend to others.
