High/Top service, Smart people . After we left during the Big blackuot Day april 28th, we had no chance to come back home and we returned to the hotel during the Big Blackout, they saved us allowing to stay other 4 days of extended holiday in Portugal. The Hotel Director and all his staff have been superb helping us.

Beautiful grand old house. Room was attractive with a huge bed and nice bathroom. We were contacted by WhatsApp in advance to ask if they could do anything for us. So we let them reserve the hotel restaurant for our arrival day (it was our anniversary). Enjoyed the food and service too, although quite pricey. The other restaurant recommendations were also just right. Breakfast was included and was of very good quality. Everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive, cannot fault them.

The staff is great, rooms are big and clean. The whole hotel looks very organized, modern and clean. Hotel porter was very accommodating and friendly. All facilities were open and staffed. Breakfast was very good. Everything you could wish for.
