Checkin was very easy, excellent staff at reception to welcome you. Staff always asking if you are ok, and asking what they can do to make your stay more comfortable. Very knowledgeable about the area, with tips and advice. The room was excellent, huge bed, beautiful bathroom, great view down the little street. Kitchen was functional, coffee machine was delicious. overall sad we only stayed two nights. absolutely fantastic accommodation

Everything was perfect. I was really surprised with the service. Stuff was mega helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Location - at the city centre. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing, location was perfect close to everything. Walking distance to many sites. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly booked a couple tours for us one to Sintra and Lady Fatima, which were amazing. Restaurant in hotel is also great. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

The host was very helpful and always available. We were also given early check in and extra time to check out. The location was also very convenient. The library in the lounge was a life-saver for our daughter :) . Storage facilities are an added bonus.

Very lose to Avenida and walking distance to Rossio. We staying in the one bedroom, very comfortable with good sitting area. The kitchenette us very well fitted and supplied. Very big and comfortable bed.
