Good location, quite new interior, clean, comfy and clean rooms, amazing staff. Someone had broken the locker in my room and the girl at the reception quickly took things into her own hands, made calls and fixed it herself. I really appreciate this kind of attitude and that they didn't stay passive 🙏💛

Sintra Bliss was closed, so we were moved to Sintra Boutique Hotel. It was superb. From biggining to end all was perfect. Fantastic staff, lovely hotel, comfortable. They really care about the passengers.

The garden is lovely, great location and a fresh breakfast. We got a room with a panorama window to the garden. I observed a lot of guests becoming peaceful in this nice and calm atmosphere. You can find a space for your own if you need the peacefulness.

High/Top service, Smart people . After we left during the Big blackuot Day april 28th, we had no chance to come back home and we returned to the hotel during the Big Blackout, they saved us allowing to stay other 4 days of extended holiday in Portugal. The Hotel Director and all his staff have been superb helping us.
