Hotel is nice, our room was very spacious, comfortable, right at the top of the hotel, so it also had a huge terrace with deckchairs and a view of Porto street, it was very quiet, no noise. The room had plenty of space for storing luggage, a water heater and a coffee machine. The bed is very big and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious, it also has a bidet. The location of the hotel is great, it was easy to walk to the touristic part of Porto. We parked for free on the street around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast looked very basic at first, but in the end I ate my fill and it turned out that all the most important dishes are available, but still the breakfast could be improved. There were boiled eggs, cheese, butter, fresh bread, jam, orange, pineapple, the coffee was good, they had a pancake machine and fresh orange juice, cereal, yogurt...

The location of the facility was excellent. You are close to everything. Breakfast was very diverse and quite sufficient. Offering snacks throughout the day was also very good. My room was clean and nicely designed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I want to thank Irina; she was always very helpful and had a smiling face. I have never encountered such personnel at any hotel I've been to. And the young man who handled my check-in was also good and helpful. Even the taxi drivers they called were very nice.

Everything was perfect - the location, the underground garage, cleaning ladies from housekeeping, polite and kind receptionists, comfortable beds, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony, good soundproofing (you really don’t hear anything in the apartment - either from outside or from your neighbors) etc. After eating too many pastels de nata downtown you’ll be grateful for the 20 mins walk from the city center to spend a few of those calories and leave the loud city rush behind you. If you leave your balcony door in the evening before going to bed - the seagulls will for sure wake you at around 5.30 am so if you don’t want that - just keep your doors closed :-) The fee for the parking spot is 7,50 eur per day - the garage is easy to use and the parking spots are quite wide - we had no problems. You can park anywhere you want inside the garage (there were always lots of available spaces). Recommend!!
