The friendliness of all the staff. Everyone went all out to try and make the stay & experience out of this world. But that is how Doha is, everyone who work in the hotel industry are trained to be service focus. We were upgraded upon arrival by this friendly south african personnel. Cant remember his name but he is the sort of person that you want to employ to be the face of W. Having said that, everyone else is wonderful and so helpful.

It was amazing, I think it was my best hotel experience ever. The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast had a great selection of arabic and international things, we had even dinner in the hotel buffet- excellent experience. Room is super comfy, people working in the hotel very helpful and nice. Beach? Beatiful, calm with very comfy beds and full service. I honestly dont see any negative thing about this hotel. I will definitely be back soon!:)

Very good service from all level of personnel of the hotel. Received upgrade to suite at 48 floor.

Staff was exceptional. Location very convenient and close to all what we wanted to visit. Swimming pool on the top of the roof was excellent and view is amazing.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Winnie in the breakfast room and Maria in the Spa. Breakfast was an extensive variety of food. The gym was large, with good range of equipment. The best part was that the Spa facilities were complimentary. You can use the warm Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and outdoor pool, shower facilities all for free. There is a separate ladies area to men’s, so it is a comfortable space to be in. After check out, they allow you to use the Spa facilities. I was also given complementary late check out.

Belen checked me in smoothly, while Mfaki made sure not to leave my luggage until he was certain I was settled in. The room was very well organized. Romel and Marissa kindly assisted me in using the facilities, and Saidul from the gym always had a refreshing cold drink ready. Karen handled our check-out with care, ensuring that we were satisfied with our stay. The bellmen escorted us to our vehicle, and even under the heat of the sun, they greeted us with warm smiles. All of these are wonderful reasons to recommend you to others, and to look forward to returning again—because staying here doesn’t just feel like a hotel stay, it feels like coming home to family.
