recently had the pleasure of staying at the ritz carlton hotel, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had.entrance From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and elegance. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible warmth and politeness of the staff. Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. ( mowahab , Omar , mona ) Each day brought new surprises that left me in awe. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to send me thoughtful gifts and messages, creating an environment of care and positivity that I had never experienced before. Excellent location. Spacious apartment with good amenities and excellent room service. I think it was exceptionally good to stay here. A bit costly.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel. For example, front desk arranged a driver at short notice and suggested places to see. Nothing was too much trouble.
