Amazing breakfast, with good variety of food, fresh fruits. Incredible location of the hotel, it's very green, quiet and has a huge territory to walk. Two independent pools with fantastic sea view. Good gym and some additional yoga, meditation classes for free. Great hospitality at the check-in and staff allowed to extend the room for some hours on the check-out day.

I had an incredible stay at The Slate Hotel in Phuket! From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail and exceptional service stood out. The design of the hotel is stunning—luxurious, modern, and with a unique industrial-chic vibe that sets it apart. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The pools were breathtaking, offering a perfect spot to relax, and the lush tropical surroundings added to the serene ambiance. The dining options were phenomenal, with a variety of delicious cuisines and impeccable service at each restaurant. The breakfast spread was especially impressive! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect—they were warm, friendly, and always available to assist. The location was also ideal, close to the beach yet peaceful and secluded. The Slate is truly a gem in Phuket, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning! Feel free to tweak it based on your specific experience!

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Extremely friendly staff who was was attentive to our every need. A special mention to apple our waitress who was friendly and hard working ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Also, Juice who had the most friendliest smile. Also Guide, the manager who was informative about the area and answered our every need.     I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
