The property is very good, affordable, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very big, we had a family room with two double beds that are enough for us four. The beds were comfortable and big. The bathroom is big, shower and bath tub separate. I The balcony and window view was amazing. The buffet breakfast is very good, the banana muffins at the hotel were amazing. Im glad they change the menu everyday and also the breakfast area has nice views. The staff were very helpful too. All the staff in the hotel were very kind and helpful!they have a shuttle going to karon beach. There is a nearby 7-11 if ur okay to walk a little bit. Also there is a nearby small shop near to the hotel, very little walking. We are traveling with kids and we managed to walk to all of this. There is also a temple nearby and they have a night market on tuesday and friday. We ate good street food and ice cream from there. Also souvenirs! We just walked going home and we were fine. The pool was very big and has enough sun bed. The view from the pool was amazing. And a small kiddie pool for the kids. I was a bit hesitant to book the hotel because of the reviews about the elevators and yes it will be an inconvenience that I hope they will fix especially peak season. But as a family type of traveler we still enjoyed the hotel. It’s worth it. We didnt have problems for our tour pickups and it was really quiet and relaxing the location and ambiance for the price paid.
