The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. When I wasn’t feeling well and even collapsed, they all took care of me with such kindness and attention. I’ve actually been staying here to focus on writing my manuscript, so I spent most of my time holed up in my room. Mimosa is located on a quiet back road away from any busy traffic noise. The view from the pool and restaurant was amazing right on the waters edge. Its very quiet compared to other samui beaches which was perfect for us. The staff are super helpful and kind and the best we've experienced in Thailand, overall you can't go wrong here! We had 2 different rooms and both were nice and very clean.

The service was absolutely exceptional. I have travelled Europe, America and Thailand and this was the best service I have received anywhere. The owners Jida and BeBe feel like family. They brought us fresh fruit in the morning and Jida made home cooked spring rolls for us in the evening which were delicious. Our group left samui and chose to come back just to see Jida and BeBe again. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the location is perfect. Couldn’t recommend more.
