Very sweet place. Stuff were very nice, they changed bed sheets and cleaned the room fully every day. Cleanest hotel I've ever been. There weren't any bugs but still the fly net around the bed felt really safe. Very close to beach.

Atmosphere in the Slate was wonderful and there was clean everywhere. Special thank you to staff near pool. if you’d like to have dinner in local restaurant you can find the food you like: European cuisine or you can try to traditional Thai cuisine. Perfect!

Such an excelent place to stay! Beautiful resort with stunning beach, everything is well thought through, staff are very nice and always there to help if you need anything, well planned activities so there is no need to leave the resort. Simply a paradise.

Amazing hotel, hard to pick what we loved the most: 1. Service - not a surprise to have a great service in Thailand, however here we genuinely enjoyed smoothness. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out. Our kid was sick and they were very helpful in arranging clinic appointment. We once got a wrong meal and the lady at the restaurant didn't charge us for next meal as a form of apology, which was very nice as a gesture. 2. Amenities - pools are fantastic. So large and with kids pools and fountains. I don't know any other place where it would be equally pleasant for young kids and honeymooners at the same time. This place is just amazing for everyone to take a good rest. My daughter loved the pool so much. Sunbeds are so comfortable and view is just stunning. 3. They have a little organic farm with goats, ducks, geese and chickens. My toddler still talks about baby goat Olivia. Staff at the farm were such friendly young women. Also I just loved to have fresh eggs from the farm on breakfast. 4. Rooms - very specious and beautiful. Very tranquil too (we were in a room not a villa). I loved that bathroom was on a balcony so the bedroom was dry and fresh. 5. Mosquitoes - saw some comments about mosquitoes. Yes this area of the island gets quite a bit of them but hotel does a great job to manage them. I appreciated that they used natural repellents as some chemical ones are too harsh for humans too. We kept doors closed and mosquitoes were perfectly manageable. Ceiling fans keep them away too. So this was no problem for us. 6. Value for money - we got fantastic experience that was worth every penny we paid. I would happily come back to Sala, thank you for your hospitality 🤍
