We loved the set up - it was perfect for a 7 day stay for us with our 4 young adult children. We loved the delivery of breakfast to our room each morning. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the pool table and gym. We also loved the location in combination with the shuttle service which allowed for a quiet stay and still feel close to everything (shuttle service worked so well - always available with hardly any wait time) But what made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff. They were each so exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after in any way they could that it felt like we were their personal guests. We all agree we can't recommend this place highly enough for a unique family holiday experience.

Everything was great, this is my 2nd time here. My first was in 2018. After Covid I was afraid this hotel would lost the business but it still provide great service as I expected. I love the room facing mountain. They provide service for all touristic activities and they all great. I went for Sunset Kayak, Elephant care center and ATV Nature View point. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Room are spacious with big and high bed. The bathroon is amazing too.

It was as what we pictured! Our room was clean and spacious, at first we had a room with bad airconed, but moved right away to another room! so we appreciate the quick service.. and we slept nicely. Location is good, couple of walks to seven eleven, ao-nang night market and good restaurants.. not as busy as the center but we liked it, not too crowded. For the price is worth it. They even borrow towels, so you can take to the beach and pool.
