We stayed at the 25th floor , a corner room , the view was incredible 😍 ✨️ the staff were extremely friendly and the room was so clean.

The reception was very helpful and kind. I've got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. Secondly, I have to mention the professionalism from the wellness lady she's a very lovely lady who's looking after the guests. I have enjoyed the sauna and steam room so much as well as the care received from her. The breakfast was various and more than enough. All in all, overall, so great experience and I'm sure If I have to go to Istanbul I'll choose this hotel again. 10 out of 10. Thank you so much 🥰
