I like the atmosphere best. I feel like I was looked after throughout my stay there. Any time I needed help or assistance, my host supported me through. My room was great. It was clean, comfortable and stylish! Kitchenwares were all clean and functional as expected, except the coffee machine but I could have coffee at the cafe anytime anyway. There was a dishwasher as well. Breakfasts were superb. I ate a lot. I took a lot of photos, too. During my stay at the hotel over a week, I could feel the pride of my host and their determination to provide good, actually excellent service and care. I could feel the pride of traditions which people from different nations shared. I love their pişi, olives as well as all eggplant cooking. I will certainly stay at Faik Pasha Suite again when I return to Istanbul next time.

The location is excellent. At walking distance from all the main attractions. Loved the conservatory in the walled garden, very warm even if it was snowing. Breakfast food was abundant and scrumptious, huge variety to suit all tastes.

Very nice hotel! Exellent location, room with sea view was clean and tidy. Good breakfast was included in room rate. Helpful and very polite staff was ready to support any time. We've got some minor problems with taxi and guy on reception help us to resolve the issue. All main city landmarks are extremely close to hotel 5-10 minutes walk. A lot of restaraunts, cafes are in close proximity to hotel. High speed sustainable internet. Thank you.

It's very good . I like it . All hotel stuff is very good This is the fourth time I have stayed in Divan. The thierd visit my wifes birthday. When we go back to the hotel surprise the hotel management prepared a birthday cake for her just because thier system check the her birthday from passport .I like this issue

The location was perfect, right next to the famous Istiklal shopping street, situated near nice restaurants and cafes. Galata tower was a 5 minute walk as were the main tram lines connecting us to the major tourist attractions. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a portable wifi device that worked perfectly throughout our stay. They also had a pamphlet with restaurants and cafe suggestions that came in handy for first-timers. We arrived quite early, around 10:30 and even though the check-in time was 14:00, they managed to check us in when we got to the hotel, even upgrading our room to a deluxe double room as a gesture of their hospitality. Overall, we were delighted to stay in the hotel and had a wonderful time.
