This an excellent accommodation in a strategic location to explore the best sites of Istanbul. Our apartment was very roomy and cosy, like a home away from home. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of choices, hot and cold, local and international. But what really stood out was the staff, very welcoming and available, without being intrusive. We would definitely stay there again.

In short, we liked everything. Even although we did not reserve a room with a view, the kind worker at the reception gave us a room with a splendid view on the 22nd floor. All the staff is great, room service is quick and the cleaners really do a good job, especially considering the rooms are huge. The hotel also had a swimming pool, spa and gym. We recommend bringing your own shower caps, as these are required to swim in the pool and the hotel does sell them, but at a high price. The rooms are also equipped with everything you could possibly need, even more, so we felt like we were at home. Our stay was excellent and we recommend the hotel.

That's why I was a bit feared to live the same experience, but no, it was such a great experience, I can't thank enough for the team. As soon as I entered the hotel, immediately everyone put the work a side and the young receptionist was so warm welcoming and gave me a seat, asked me if I wish to have a refreshment like juice, tea or coffee. He had already prepared all the paper work and the room was ready before I came to the hotel. The room was so big and clean, even the smallest details were thought carefully. Some of the details was even too much :) There was a baby bed included despite there were no kids with me, so I asked that they move it out and it took only five minutes until the receptionist rushed to take it out. I jumped to help him out and sadly injured my finger with my own mistake, but still he was so sad about and brought all the necessary first aid stuff and helped me out personally to get it treated. The balcony was so beautiful and inside of the centre of Istanbul, an escape for a beautiful silence and peace. As you know many hotel rooms are coming with complimentary coffee and tea bags, including a water heater, but here it wasn't just some tea bags, everyday they filled it up with huge quantity so you can drink as much as you want. Even small details like a prayer rug, quran and other details were put in room if the case you need. Because of this great experience and a wonderful young team, I extended my stay for one more day in the same room.
