The location was perfect with views of the ocean from the pool and bar area. A short walk down the hill to swim in the sea off a rock platform. A quick bus trip to get into central Kas. The reception and bar staff were fantastic, welcoming us and organising day trips and transport.

This apartment was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay, the owner is a kind and helpful person, the equipment has everything you need, especially the kitchen. The view from the sea facing balcony is just amazing, including the sunsets, as there is nothing but nature between you and the sea. It is totally quiet and you can smell the sea. When you rent a scooter or car you can reach everything within minutes (the centre of Kaş or supermarkets etc.) and you have parking space in front of the house. We can recommend this for people looking for a quiet stay and would definitely come back.

Great location in the middle of town close to all restaurants and shops, yet still felt quiet and peaceful in the room and the leafy courtyard. 20 minute walk through town to our favourite beaches - big pebble and Incebogaz. Great transport links as bus stop only a few minutes away, we travelled to Kaputas beach and the Kas peninsula for <60lira. Spotlessly clean room with very comfy beds.

With its own beach, this hotel is located on a rocky cliff in Kaş. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, it features an outdoor pool and hot tub. All rooms have balconies.

We booked 3 bedroom apartment. So the space, the layout and view were perfect. The location was very good. 5 minutes from center and 15 min from the big pebble beach. When I come again, I’d love to stay precisely here again.

An absolutely amazing place and amazing, amiable, hospitable, welcoming staff/people who are always ready to help you! Astonishing view from the balcony and a fabulous view of Kaş at night from the pool which is always at your disposal! Also, you have access to the private beach that only hotel guests can use and that's awesome because me and my wife went to all the major/most popular beaches around (Halk, Patara, Kaputaş) and we found the private beach of Lycia Hotel to be by far the best! No more than 8 people at the beach anytime and most of the time there were only me and my wife even though the hotel was full all the time! Highly recommend! One of the best places we've been to! Thank you Merih! ☺️
