This place isn’t just a hotel — it’s a Turkish fairytale with Wi-Fi. From the moment you step into this charming building (which, by the way, has more history than my high school history teacher ever managed to cover — it dates back to 1923!), you feel like you’ve just been adopted by the warmest, most delightful Turkish family on the planet. Let’s talk location: you're 3 minutes away from all the action — shops, bars, delicious chaos — but the villa itself is tucked away in a peaceful corner so quiet, even your thoughts speak in whispers. It’s the best of both worlds: fun within reach, serenity within walls. Inside? Oh, darling… the lounge welcomes you with a gentle breeze like it was personally trained by a Mediterranean goddess. Step further in and boom! the yard explodes in greenery and flowers like nature itself is showing off. And the pool? So calm, it could put a cappuccino-sipping monk to sleep. We practically whispered our swim. Our room? A whole vibe. Clean, beautifully styled, and full of character — just like the whole property. It felt more like staying in an antique postcard than a hotel. And then comes 5pm… Tea Time. (Yes, capitalized.) This is not just tea — it's an event. You sit with other guests, share stories, smile like you’ve known them for years, and maybe even exchange Instagrams you’ll forget to check. The owners join in, and that's when you realise: this place isn't just run by professionals — it's run by heart. No noise, no fuss, no stress. Just sunshine, kindness, and the occasional cat wandering by like it owns the place (it probably does).

this hotel became our home away from home. Hussain and everyone took such a good care of us. quite location, excellent home cooking and friendly staff and Argos! we kept extending our stay and made new friends in the dinning room. Talk to Robert for local travel tips. there is a great open air steam engine museum 20 min away and ruin in Magnesia. both are worth stopping.

this is a GEM!!! a superb traditional style house❤️everything is well-thought-out. every detail from plates, to the chairs and ceiling 🤩staff very friendly, helppful. nice sunset. breakfast was the best (scrambled eggs are very good). rooms and bathroom aslo use same line as the house nice mosaics. totally recomand !!!

A lovely countryside hotel with lots of sweet and thoughtful touches. The service, comfort and location were all top notch, don't bother staying anywhere else when in Selçuk!

So beautiful and peaceful! Lots of antiques and beautiful authentic design. Food to die for. recommend spending at least 2-3 days here to fully take things in and relax.

The music of the parties was not too loud and they turned it off at 23:30, so we could sleep very well even though our room faced them The other guests were not loud at all, people were polite and it´s not a party resort
