The porters were particularly helpful and made both our arrival and departure seamless. The spa exceeded all my expectations. Each morning, the breakfast offered was very generous, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being close to the city center. This made it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Everything 😁. The room was so incredibly comfortable. I had the most fab view of the square. And it was such a quiet room too. The bathroom facilities in the room were like my own private spa. I simply cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It is excellent and the location is also excellent.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and for us there is no better hotel in or around Lviv offering the peace and solitude that this hotel does. It can be busy so that it is better to book in advance especially the restaurant which is very popular with the people of Lviv, so a table should be booked in advance. The cottages are adorable, so private and comfortable.
