United KingdomThoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property reminds us of the hotels in Vegas. When we first arrived there was a mix up with our room however the staff were very quick to resolve the issue and gave us an upgrade due to the inconvenience caused. A special thank you to Sarah on Front Desk. We really appreciated this and are really pleased with the level of customer service received. We would highly recommend staying in the Platinum tower which is the newer tower. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and clean. The view from the bed facing the pool and ocean are incredible. The amenities in the hotel are fantastic with a great selection of restaurants & shops. Moreover the location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance to other hotels and restaurants if you fancy checking out the area. We would definitely be recommending this hotel & hope to return soon!
