We had an excellent week long stay at Hotel Renew. We had a party of 4, and were in 2 rooms with partial sea view and balconies. For the location right next to Waikiki beach, this hotel is a gem. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They were great at providing us with what we needed for the day such as beach chairs, towels, extra coffee, travel advice and bus schedules. The lobby is well decorated and feels very relaxing as soon as you walk in. The rooms may feel a bit on the small side to some, but you are paying for location. They are clean and modern, with a great shower and bathroom. Lots of places to unpack and hide suitcases away. We got ourselves organized on day one to clear the floor and put clothes away into the warddrobe and it felt great, once tidy, for the rest of the stay. Beautiful views of the sunset dropping over the ocean horizon from the balconies that face north. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we will stay here again for our next visit to Honolulu.

This is one of the best hotels in terms of service I stayed at. First of all the concierge is amazing you would rarely find such concierge service. They are polite, humble, professional, resourceful, very helpful, very punctual, knowledgeable. Front office and check in, again high degree of professionalism in handling your arrival smiling faces, very efficient, fast check in. We're checking out tomorrow and they kindly also extended our room by few hours. The entire Bell team are very supportive very helpful and most importantly always smiling. We did not have a dinner at the hotel but breakfast is good but nothing fancy. I always set Four Seasons Hotel as the benchmark of high quality service, this hotel in terms of its service can definitely compete with the best of the best. Thanks to entire team of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, stunning tropical garden and access to the beach. Love the old school decor, especially the wooden doors and paintings. Room was comfortable.

Absolutely everything, complimentary laundry facilities was a bonus, as was the complimentary glasses of wine each night. Loved the Illy coffee pods with "real" cups unlike most other hotels with paper cups, loved the slippers, robes and the drink bottles. Staff friendly and helpful with special mention to Lehua for making our stay special with her kindness

Staff are lovely and location perfect. Royal Gardens is walking distance to everywhere! No need to take the Trolley to Ala Moana - it’s a 25m walk to the centre - from your door to Macy’s. It’s 10 minutes in the other direction to the best Poke Bar at Waikiki Beach Walk and an easy 15 minutes to Ross Dress For Less at Seaside Ave. All the buses stop on Kuhio only 200m away to take you to Diamond Head or Bishops Museum or Arizona Memorial or Ala Moana. Perfect!
