Exceptionally beautiful little hotel complex right on Duval Street, not far from the most interesting sights. However, in the summer heat, even short distances on foot become an ordeal. It is advisable to rent a scooter from the rental station right next door. Rooms are very clean, well-kept furnishings in a high-class style. The staff are very, very friendly and happy to help with any problem. For a hotel that does not have its own kitchen/restaurant, the breakfast is excellent and leaves little to be desired other than hot food. As we said when we left: if we ever return to Key West, we will stay here!

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to all Key West attractions. Always a place to park your car. Rooms are big and well equipped. Very nice pool. One of the best breakfast we had in the US, with fresh made omlettes.

Private cozy water front space is awesome. Plenty of amenities and friendly stuffs! You can also enjoy 3 pools and 1 adult only poor :) I stayed several hotels in keywest, but this hotel is the best!

We booked and paid two nights here, but unfortunately we could not be here as planned due to flights disruption (British Airways). However, the owner was kind as he allowed us to recover one of the two nights the day after. Location is close to central. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Also, it was good to find refreshments and snacks in the room at our arrival. Nice garden with plenty of plants and a small pool. Good WiFi connection.
