Pre-Trip: George was so helpful with the area and needs that we had. I was sad that he was off work when we got there. Arrival day: Junior was so very nice after a horrible trip and the airport losing our luggage. he kept us up to date on its arrival and was such a sweet heart.

To begin with. A great hotel with amazing room and excellent breakfast. The staffs were very very polite. The service in the hotel proved that it was a great stay. Too bad we could stay only for 2 nights. Amazing Restaurant and their staffs as well.

Great shower - water temperature and pressure were easy to control. Huge bathroom and bedroom area which was excellent for 2 pax. Plenty of space for both of us. Kettle was quick to boil water. Location was good - Firehook and Tatte bakeries nearby sell excellent pastries.

Staff were very helpful. Good location close to good restaurants and metro. Could also walk to all the sites.

This was our second time staying here at Yotel and absolutely loved it! Everything is so conveniently located, comfy rooms, great staff and great food!
