All the staff are amazing and helpful. Thanks to Chris in the front desk. We happened to be there during hurricane Milton and the facility was ready and organized. They sent us notes with guidelines to prepare us during the hurricane. The rooms are spacious and clean. If this is your first time to Orlando, I highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff have been wonderful and flexible all the way long. The manger also kindly didn’t charge me the car park. Nothing big but means a lot in terms of Relationships with clients. Breakfast was nice. Many thanks to all the staff

My son loves the parrot at the lobby, we will be back to visit the parrot soon! The lakehouse food is very good, the staff are very friendly.
