Great hotel that goes that little bit further with service . Voucher to use external fitness centre plus voucher to use little shop. We got a lovely bottle of wine . Highly recommend

the staff were fabulously helpful and the pool was a welcome bonus, breakfast was ok again the staff were brilliant. just to mention a few who went above and beyond in our opinion, Josh on valet parking, Natasha, Nitisha, Wanda, pretty much every member of staff was friendly and very helpful a really good team thank you

This hotel hits all the right notes for a visitor to a city: close to airport, on light rail...Excellent breakfast, spotless and spacious bedrooms. Great bathroom facility and shower water pressure. Price was perfect for us for this friendly 3* hotel. We note a lot of families were staying and a few sports teams of young people staying at the weekend. Despite being quite full most nights, there wasn't any corridor noise. The added bonus was a small bar at the reception for a night cap after our days' adventures. Prices were right.

The hotel is lovely (super comfy beds and cozy rooms!) with a beautiful interior with periodic character, and we had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for a short stay in Portland, and offers a valet service for those with a car. We stayed there as part of our honeymoon trip back in October and received best in class service from the Hotel Manager, Mr. Jean Marc and his team.
