I just love the place, theres something magical about this hotel that makes me a returning customer, but this last time was a blast, I booked a king suite and I got the presidential suite, such an incredible room. Nora, the lady who welcomed us to the hotel was exceptional she could not have been more helpful, she stayed late after her shift as our train was late to make sure we got checked.in ok and was full of useful recommendations . Location was perfect for our 2 night stay 10 minutes walk from the Riverwalk 15 to the Alamo if I remember correctly. No breakfast was included but lots of good value diners nearby.. 5 minutes walk from Amtrak in a safe neighbourhood

The staff were excellent, the decor of the hotel is fantastic and has heaps of character . The fridge was stocked with a good range of drinks and the snacks are good as well . The bar in basement is great. The Resturant has amazing food.

This hotel is located on the San Antonio Riverwalk and is connected to the Rivercenter Mall, which features shopping and an IMAX theater. Each guest room has a flat-screen TV with premium channels.
