The staff was very friendly, check-in was easy and we were offered a bigger room for free. The room was nice and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite (however we did have a room that wasn’t right by the street). Parking at the Inn is limited, but there are good options that work just as well.

Absolutely amazing! Very cozy, good vibes. Happy hour in the evening with tapas and local wines included, and the breakfast as well, which is also good. The apartment was very big and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Jakuzzi and pool at the main building. Free parking. Location is beautiful, close to the beach, nice neighbourhood. Staff is kind and helpful.

It was very central, the room was clean and had all we needed. Stuff working there where so friendly and welcoming. They took some time for conversation and was very personal. In the afternoon they invited for a free snack and drink. If ever in Santa Barbara again we will come back.

The Waterman is well situated for the waterside and downtown. It's easy to walk to the beach, the wharf, the Presidio, and the Los Banos pool (a lovely outdoor pool). The hotel room was fine but no more than fine. It did have lots of hooks to hang coats from though... Breakfast facilities were minimal, but there was plenty of availability of free coffee and tea. We didn't see any guests using the cooker hob - slightly weird in a hotel, but if you fancied scrambling some eggs then the equipment was there. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. OK for a one night stay.
