Genuine hospitality and a serene atmosphere. We recently stayed at Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort in Hue for a family holiday with four adults and two young children (aged 4 and 5), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

An amazing property which has been well maintained. Well appointed and modern but with old decor and colonial feel. The staff are so helpful and friendly and will help you with all your needs.

Position of the hotel is perfect, close to the river and the center of Hue. The hotel is not brand new, but very well maintened. All the facilities, the room, the rooftop, the swimming pool, breakfast, were above my expectation. But, most of all, the personnel were outstanding, especially the man at lobby VAN DUC, always smiling, gentle and really helpfull in different occasions. Highly recommended

Spacious rooms, a laptop-friendly workspace, a reading seat in the bay window, a bathtub, balcony, coffee and gowns ... the room had everything you may want for a comfortable stay. I loved that the pool was open until 10pm for some quiet night swimming. There are bars and restaurants, so food and drink are easy to get for most of the day and evening.
