Beautiful hotel, very nice and helpful staff. We had a minor inconvenience with the bus tickets we'd bought with them and they promptly sent us a refund. Highly recommended!

Genuine hospitality and a serene atmosphere. We recently stayed at Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort in Hue for a family holiday with four adults and two young children (aged 4 and 5), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Everything! Great service, immaculate, great restaurant, spa and views

We had a lovely room with a view on the city. Breakfast was varied with both western and local dishes. It is near a mall and night walking street with plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately we could not try all facilities. But there is a kids room accessible from the lobby, a cafe/bar, and a game room.

Spacious rooms, a laptop-friendly workspace, a reading seat in the bay window, a bathtub, balcony, coffee and gowns ... the room had everything you may want for a comfortable stay. I loved that the pool was open until 10pm for some quiet night swimming. There are bars and restaurants, so food and drink are easy to get for most of the day and evening.
