The whole property is an oasis of calm and green. It was so healing to check in there after a long drive from Cape Town. Everything in this property looked well taken care of and nicely designed. It is conveniently located close to the street and is well hidden in the greenery (just a slight buzz of traffic could be heard). There are two bungalows in a big garden, each containing 4 rooms, so thought there were other guests, it didn't feel crowded at all. Rooms were very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool very much in the heat of the day, it was clean and refreshing. The owners were extremely friendly. Chere sent me a message in the morning suggesting several dinner options in town, this was very helpful. She even booked a restaurant of our choice. Breakfast was amazing- very fresh, high quality products and very delicious. Everything felt more like a cozy home stay rather than a conventional hotel.
