They have an amazing front desk lady Placid she was so cheerful and warm despite being pregnant she went above and beyond to ensure we got room in time. All self-catering apartments feature a balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, the city or Dubai Fountain. Each one offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. The location it perfect, just near the entrance to dubai Mall. We got a room with a perfect view on burdj halifa and the fountain. The apartment is grear and big, one bedroom and one big salon. The breakfast is nice but can better. Best value for money you can ask for.

Great experience , very smooth check in and out by reception team , flexibility for extending the check out time, i will be back for sure
