I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rov Downtown Hotel. Mr. Ramadan at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and satisfied. The hotel’s ambiance was very soothing and positive, creating a memorable experience for me.

Very Comfortable Quiet Hotel located direcrly on Dubai Water Canal with Magnificent terrefic Views in the morning time and evening time as well where the lights of the surrounding towers are brighting into the canal. I feel very peacful and comfortable at this place. Mr. Kareem in the reception was very gentle, helpful and generous all the time. From Housekeeping staff, my special thanks to Akhilesh and Buddy! All self-catering apartments feature a balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, the city or Dubai Fountain. Each one offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay in Dubai thanks to the Damac Maison staff. We stayed in room 1809 which has a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Staff were great breakfast team were amazing. Front house Abigail was brilliant who welcomed us at night and advised us about the area really well (Hope you enjoy the Diljit Concert!!). Service staff Ithishaar ( sorry if I got name wrong) very helpful to my family spoke Hindi /Urdu English fluently. Everyone was great room was amazing 3 bathrooms 2 which contain shower/bathtub. Great view with wrap around balcony. Washing machine,, dish washer ( no dishwasher tablets) fridge freezer and kitchen with 4 burner hob. 2 AC units serving bedrooms and the sitting/diner room. TVs had Chromecast which was useful for kids to share pics of day including watching YouTube. Dubai mall is less than 5 min walk Burj Khalifa 15min walk with kids through the Dubai mall and fountains also. If visiting Burj go to lower ground food court and then you will find at the top Burj. We went for 9am in October. Empty queues we saw the queues later and wow must be hour long. Go early enjoy the views in peace and take lots of pics!

Harbours is a sports bar and lounge that serves signature dishes and a selection bottled hops. For a nightlife, there is; positioned around an infinity pool, the ‘chill out’ lounge offers innovative al fresco dining inspired by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Far East. One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Every little detail was taken care of the most professionally. The warmth of people that work here is amazing. I would especially point out Rayan, the head concierge who was willing to help me even on his day off. Will return next year 100%

This luxury 5-star hotel is steps away from The Beach Mall, Dubai’s prime destination for seafront dining and entertainment. An outdoor pool and free WiFi are available. It was very nice hotel in JBR.Mr.Myat from reception are very warmly. Definitely I'll be back soon. Thank you Sofitel
