Within the sanctuary of a protected nature reserve, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert is a unique remote getaway just 45 minutes from Dubai. The hotel was wonderful, what stood out was the staff. Usman was kind and helpful at reception, Pablo was friendly and engaging while driving the buggy, Selina was wonderful during dinner and Reaz was extremely warm and helpful over breakfast. Finally we met Tracey at the end who was also lovely. Rooms were delightful and spacious. Will be back again.
