Excellent customer service, very spacious rooms and very helpful staffs. Especially the reception boys Mr. Seand and Mr. Leonard were very kind and super helpful. The two staffs in the buffet area were so kind and very much welcoming.

We stayed in three different hotels in Albania, and this one was the best. The hotel had a great location, the breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Great place: clean, high standard, good air-conditioning, balcony for every room, cleaning of apartment and a change of bed linen and towels every 2nd day, AND most importantly, great service from Camela on the front desk!!
