The staff was amazing, everybody was trying to help and they are really professional. Breakfast and service was really good as well. I was really surprised to see such well managed place in such a small town. Thumbs up

If staying in Berat, make sure to stay within the Castle rather than down in the town and definitely stay at Hotel Klea. Our room was on the small side and functional but the hotel itself, the setting and the restaurant are exceptional. Walking around the old castle in the evening is a must as is eating in the Hotel Klea restaurant. Ksenophon was our host and he not only recommended dishes, drinks and places to visit but also sat down with us at the end of the evening for a raki or two

We received an extremely warm welcome by the staff who helped us find parking for our car, carried our bags to our rooms, gave us a welcome drink, and made the entire check-in process a breeze. Our rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and the history of the building adds to the charm of this place. Breakfast was tasty and abundant and the view from the dining room is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
