Hotel Gjirokastër is located 300 metres from the centre, in a part of town famous for numerous museums. exceptional hotel, lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing, best we had in Albania. Great to have a pool as well. A/C excellent Well located for the old town and castle. very highly recommended.

It was a great experience to have a hotel that looks basically like a castle. It was like sleeping in history. The owner was very kind and helped us a lot. The views are amazing!!! It is just 5 minute walking from the Kalaja Castle and 5 minutes from the Pazar (downtown).

Hotel Kalemi is located 50 meters from the Ethnographic Museum and Zekate House and features traditional design elements. The charming terrace offers panoramic views of the city and Gjirokastr Castle.... Excellent Staff service, Breakfast, view, location

Lovely room and gorgeous view of the castle, right near the heart of the bazaar/old town. This also meant some late night bar music (until 11:15) but we didn’t mind. The generous breakfast, comfortable bed, and friendly staff were all positives!
