Hotel Gjirokastër is located 300 metres from the centre, in a part of town famous for numerous museums. Fabulous little hotel in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast served each morning.

Hotel Kalemi is located 50 meters from the Ethnographic Museum and Zekate House and features traditional design elements. The charming terrace offers panoramic views of the city and Gjirokastr Castle.... I highly recommend Hotel Kalemi. Such great staffs, beautiful views from the room & balcony of the hotel, and beautifully designed hotel. We will stay again in the future when we come back to visit Albania. Breakfast was delicious, and rooms were very spacious.

The location is great, just where you need to be to start exploring the bazar and the castle. The decoration of the room is so traditional and absolutely amazing. Breakfast was also very nice.
