Hotel Gjirokastër is located 300 metres from the centre, in a part of town famous for numerous museums. The family that runs the hotel are super helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the bazar and the castle. The breakfast was great, homemade and with traditional food.

Hotel Kalemi is located 50 meters from the Ethnographic Museum and Zekate House and features traditional design elements. The charming terrace offers panoramic views of the city and Gjirokastr Castle.... Honestly, Kalemi 2 blew us away! We booked Kalemi 1, but the amazing staff surprised us with a free upgrade to Kalemi 2!, stunning castle vibes and top-notch facilities made our stay unforgettable. Parking was a breeze(which is a hastle in this town), and exploring Gjirokaster's Old Town was steps away. But what truly impressed? The manager chasing us down to return our forgotten belongings.
