Super courteous and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble from storing luggage, booking taxis, getting us into a room as early as possible. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

The guy working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and there were extra pillows and heavy blankets in the closet just in case we needed them. Everything worked well in the room. The location of the hotel was amazing! We were about a 10/15 min walk from a lot of the major places in Tirana.

All accommodation units come with a flat-screen cable TV, a safe and a minibar.... the location was excellent, everything is within walking distance. and the staff were amazing! so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.
