It features a garden and is located in El Calafate's historic and commecial centre. Los Glaciares National Park is 40 km away. The staff were so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon. They helped us coordinate activities in the national park and provided transportation. It was overall a wonderful experience!

Posada Los Alamos is situated in the heart of El Calafate, close to Argentino Lake. It has spa facilities, an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

The guest rooms at Posada Los Alamos feature heating, as well as a minibar and cable TV. Rooms have views over the organic garden and the mountains beyond. We loved our short stay at Posada Los Alamos and wish we were there for longer! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location idyllic and the rooms were ideal after a day hiking!

Los Ponchos Hotel is located just 2 km from central El Calafate. Its warm rooms feature Hispanic-American art and views of Lake Argentino.

Los Ponchos Boutique Hotel is located just 500 metres from the picturesque Argentino Lake. It is also ideally located for exploring the mountains, forests and glaciers of this Patagonian region. Cody and homely feeling. comfortable bed. Breakfast served in the room was nice.

The modern Esplendor El Calafate features a striking interior design. Look forward to individually furnished, en-suite rooms with relaxing colour schemes, elegant flat-screen TVs, and some with DVD players. We had a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel itself feels luxurious and the service was incredible. I’d like to especially recognize Augusto who went out of his way to make us feel special and celebrate our anniversary as well as the restaurant servers (including the lady). This hotel is a 10 min walk to the main avenue in El Calafate and definitely one of the best hotels in the city for those who want a touch of luxury.

The rooms have splashes of bright colour and wooden furniture in a contemporary design. Each comes with a private bathroom, TV and minibar. There is also heating and a safety deposit box. Just a lovely place with great staff. I’ve lost count of the hotels I have stayed in over my life and this is up in the top 10. Pity only 2 nights.

The heated chalets at Linda Vista fit up to 5 people. They have a living room and a kitchenette with a microwave. Change of linens and cleaning services are included. I am giving this property a 10 because of Susan at the front desk. She helped me book bus tickets/taxis/tours with a smile and endless patience. She is a treasure.

The carpeted bedrooms at Lar Aike are each uniquely-decorated and feature views. All guest rooms have a private bathroom, cable TV and a hair dryer. Was even better than expected. Staff extreme friendly and helpful. Room perfect.
