Located 200 metres from Libertador Avenue area and 500 metres from the Laguna Nimes Reserve, MadreTierra Patagonia is set in a charming Patagonian building. The staff were so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon. They helped us coordinate activities in the national park and provided transportation. It was overall a wonderful experience!

Posada Los Alamos is situated in the heart of El Calafate, close to Argentino Lake. It has spa facilities, an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. We loved our short stay at Posada Los Alamos and wish we were there for longer! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location idyllic and the rooms were ideal after a day hiking!

Los Ponchos Hotel is located just 2 km from central El Calafate. Its warm rooms feature Hispanic-American art and views of Lake Argentino. Great Service and very nice place overall. Great Quality.

Schilling Hostel Patagonico is a hostel in the centre of El Calafate. It offers pleasant accommodation and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Very cute property, awesome garden space and indoor seating area.

In Calafate´s downtown, Linda Vista offers self-catering apartments featuring a cable TV. Free WiFi and parking services are available. The heated chalets at Linda Vista fit up to 5 people. Very helpful host, she explained ar organized everything for us. Every main trip from El Calafate - to Perito Moreno Glacier, El Chalten (Fitz Roy) and Torres del Paine park (Chile) was organized smoothly with the hotel help. Would recommend for any serious traveller.

Hotel Sierra Nevada is situated in the main street of El Calafate, offering views of Bahia Redonda and the Glaciers National Park. Rooms include a TV, and free Wi-Fi is available. This was a great property for an El Calafate stay. It’s on the main strip but down towards the end. That made it convenient but also more quiet. Rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were also spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great value for a great location.

Hotel Lar Aike is a boutique guest lodge situated in El Calafate. It offers far-reaching views across the dramatic Patagonian landscape. WiFi is free throughout the entire hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Pleasant reception/ living room area. Rooms were warm and comfortable.
