Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

Este hotel, el 1er hotel de diseño de la ciudad, presenta un estilo arquitectónico precioso y se encuentra en el centro de Innsbruck. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable and nicely furnishing. Breakfast offering was exceptional. Hot chocolate at reception with sweets and chocolates was a nice touch. Location was ideal for Christmas markets. Plenty of shopping and dining options just outside.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y con una linda vista a las montañas. El spa está muy bien equipado. El personal es amable y el desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. Disfruté mucha mi estancia.
