Great location surrounded by mountains. A quick bike ride away from Hallstatt and lots of rentals available for use.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. Dinner is really nice with kid menu as well. But need to be patient as a little bit long waiting time. Close to salt wine and better to go there in the morning to have enough time visit on the mountain.

This hotel was beautiful! The view from the room was fantastic. It was located right in the center, in a perfect location. Moreover, the staff, and especially Sandra, was exceptional and went above our expectations! She was very friendly and sociable with a great attitude! I highly recommend it! I believe this hotel offers the best value for money compared to any other accommodation in Hallstatt, and it’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels in Hallstatt. 10/10!" EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

Located right on the tourist area. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The receptionist is very friendly and polite.

We stayed in the lake view room on the second floor. The room is modern and comfortable. I was surprised that it is bigger than in the picture. The view from the room is spectacular, and is the highlight of our Hallstatt trip.

Set in the beautiful Trauntal Valley, the 3-star superior Hotel Moserwirt enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Austrian Alps. A jacuzzi and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are offered. Helpful and friendly staff. I appreciated being able to check in early as my room was ready and then check out one hour later as well. Thank you. The breakfast was the best we have had in Austria so far and we loved the freshly squeezed juice and cooked bacon and eggs. Plus the free cake and coffee in the afternoon was very nice.
