Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

The room with a balcony and comfortable bed was a great place to relax. The breakfast was rich and diverse, including ham, salami, cheese, delicious spreads, fresh pastries, eggs made to order, yogurts, fruits, vegetables. Having breakfast indoors or on the terrace with a view of the lake was great. I would like to return here!

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. All rooms offer lake or mountain views. Absolutely great hotel. So close to everything, very clean, bed was very comfortable. Such a nice staff! Beustiful view from the window. Highly recommended!
