Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. After warming up well in the sauna, it's worth taking a quick dip in the icy waters of Lake St. Wolfgang, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. We loved the hotel’s unique style. It’s not just a place to stay but an experience we’ll always remember and want to return to.

The Hotel Weisser Hirsch is an oasis of relaxation in the heart of St. Wolfgang, directly on the shores of Lake Wolfgang. It offers a private lake access and free Wi-Fi. Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. This hotel was beautiful! The view from the room was fantastic. It was located right in the center, in a perfect location. Moreover, the staff, and especially Sandra, was exceptional and went above our expectations! She was very friendly and sociable with a great attitude! I highly recommend it! I believe this hotel offers the best value for money compared to any other accommodation in Hallstatt, and it’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels in Hallstatt. 10/10!" EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

A 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Wolfgang, Strandhotel Margaretha offers a private beach on the shore of Lake Wolfgang, a lakeside terrace, a bar, a sauna, and a relaxation room. Very spacious studio, nicely decorated. We loved the private beach! The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent . Great location, as it's just a short, pleasant stroll into town. On our way to Bavaria we were going to stop over in Salzburg but have absolutely no regrets going to Wolfgangsee instead!
