The host was a warm, courteous person who helped us a lot and lent us bicycles! The rooms are very clean and cozy, especially the lake view room view is amazing. Also the hotel has the best value for money in the town with quiet spaces and a convenient location. Highly recommend this hotel with lake view!

All rooms and apartments have cable TV and a bathroom with toiletries. Most have a balcony. What a wonderful little apartment. The shower was great! The bedroom had plenty of room to move around the bed, and the windows had blackout shades. comfortable living room area if you’d like to sit someplace along with a dining table and a kitchen with all the conveniences.  I also appreciated the extras that you could purchase while staying there, like having a load of laundry, done, or purchasing tea or coffee to have in your room while staying there. They also provide a great breakfast each day.

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Hotel Garni Anzengruber is located near the centre of St. Wolfgang in the Salzkammergut, 100 metres from the famous Weißes Rössl and the beautiful pilgrimage church. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

Free WiFi is available. Such a beautiful place to visit. The hotel is across from the lake on the outskirts of town. A great, flat walk into town adds to the ambiance. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet breakfast with amazing lake views from the tables. Great value for your money. Rooms were comfortable and large.

Management and staff super friendly, made us feel at home once we entered the lobby. They did everything they could to help and advise. Great 25m indoor pool and spacious gym. Very nice dining room with great breakfast.
