Villa Verde is located just 500 metres from Leopoldskron Castle and a 15-minute walk from Salzburg's Old Town. Free WiFi and free parking are available at this bed and breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room is very clean and newly renovated. Cozy to be in. We stayed in Novemeber and it was warm in the room. 20min walk to old town. Highly recommend.

This family-run boutique hotel in Anif is just 5 km from the centre of Salzburg and right next to the Salzburg-Süd exit of the A10 motorway. WiFi and private parking are provided free of charge. The property was very modern and clean. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of options to choose from. There was a play area for my kids which they looked forward to playing in everyday. The location was also great, it was only about a 20 min drive to Salzburg. The owner was also great with my kids and gave them games to play so they wouldn’t get bored

Good set, well provided and served well. Heated swimming pool outside. Sauna and inside swimming pool. Room was very good. Staff was good.

Hotel Gerl – urban soul meets alpine vibes Just two minutes from the A1 and 15 minutes from Salzburg city centre lies the 4-star Hotel Gerl in Wals – quietly located but easily accessible. The hotel was beautiful and the staff went over and beyond to make our stay even more special. The spa and pools were perfect and breakfast was very good (large selection). Definitely a place to return!

The Small Luxury Hotel Goldgasse occupies a 14th-century building located in a pedestrian area in the heart of Salzburg's historic Old Town. The host was very very nice and funny and passionate. Very personal treatment. She was available for all the informations and beyond. The hotel has great location and the rooms are cozy, detailed and very comfortable. Amenities are carefully selected. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty and the staff very friendly. Great choice for your stay in Salzburg.

A hideaway in the middle of the city. The charming boutique hotel has been family-run for three generations and is a pioneer of the common good economy. To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they never said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth trip. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms we clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!

Located in Salzburg, 2.6 km from Festival Hall Salzburg, Pension Ballwein features free WiFi access and free private parking. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. This even exceeded my expectations. I saw the many positive reviews ... and still was positivly surprised ... This is the ideal place if you come by car (good, safe, free of charge and enough parking next to the house), a bus stop (Nr 21 "Gsengerweg") to the city center is also right there (between the parking and street with busstop is just a hedge sepatating street and house.) For me it was an ideal place to relax (very calm but safe environment, much nature) and work (desk in the room, good light). My room had a spaceful cosy balcony with view to mountains (besides: it's that mountain from the "Sound of Music poster"). Spaceful modern bathroom. Super clean,  room, even the inside the wardrobe had a fresh/neutral smell. My room was modern but cosy, perfect size, tasteful room design. There was a mini bar in my room with good choise of things, a kettle and coffee machine, teas and coffee, hair dryer, safety box, air conditioning, good size TV, sofa, balcony with comfy chairs. Nearby are several restaurants in walking distance (Lake of "Sound of Music" is just 1 km away). Breakfast is included and very good. But the best was: The owners - a family - of this pension are super kind, they really care for their house and for their guests, in the exact proper way (not too much, just right and sensitive for each guest's needs) -  I felt super good and "at home". (Little secret: "Family pension" is a bit of an understatement, the couple are both trained in hotel management, they are professionels! This is like a 4 star hotel which feels like a home!)

Located in the outskirts of Salzburg, at the foot of the Gaisberg Mountain, Die Haslachmühle is a renovated mill dating back to 1688. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available. Everything! Supernice, clean and cozy! we loved it!

Built in 1893 and completely renovated in 2015, Villa Salzburg is located in the elegant Riedenburg quarter, only a 10-minute walk from Salzburg’s Old Town. Free WiFi is available. I rented 3 of the apartments in the building for a family trip. All apartments were spacious and well-appointed. The apartments were clean. The apartment is located a bit away from some of the top Salzburg sights, but in an area with several restaurants we tried (bakery, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean).

Set directly in the heart of Salzburg, City-Center Apartments and Double Rooms offers stylish and modernly furnished apartments with free WiFi and a flat-screen cable TV. From the start we felt welcomed and were even offered to have our bags brought up, which was not necessary as we pack light but the gesture was appreciated. The owner and staff greeted us and always asked us if everything was alright whenever we saw them. The apartment is centrally located right on the shopping street. It was quiet in the evening and also quiet when the double windows were closed. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. In the kitchen authentic nespresso capsules were provided, which we know are not always easy to find and they are some of the best coffees so every morning was a great start to the day. They also provided dish soap and cloth and drying towel and lots of cooking and eating utensils. The only thing we had to buy was what we ate. They cleaned the apartment and refreshed our towels several times during our one week stay. For the checkin, there is a checkin bell at the entrance. Just ring it; too easy.
