The best about this guesthouse was the personal welcome from the British host couple. Our cozy room had a wonderful view of Lake Hallstatt. All guests can use a self-service dining room with the same wonderful view. The decoration of the rooms was tasteful. The breakfast was completely sufficient and appropriate.

Overlooking Lake Wolfgang, Hotel Garni Anzengruber is only 100 metres away from the shore. It offers free internet access, buffet breakfast, balconies in all rooms and a private lido. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

Great location surrounded by mountains. A quick bike ride away from Hallstatt and lots of rentals available for use.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. Very well located. The mountain view from the room was beautiful. Super friendly and helpful staff who gave us advices where to hike. Very good breakfast, they even prepared some special breakfast for me when I mentioned I’m vegan.
