Offering panoramic views of Lake Wolfgang and the surrounding mountains, Rudolfshöhe enjoys a quiet location in Sankt Wolfgang, a 5-minute walk from the centre and the lakeshore. We loved our stay at Pension Rudolfshöhe. Flo and his partner were really nice and helpful, accomodating our request for earlier breakfest and giving us great tips how to spend our Saturday before heading home. The room is big enough and cosy with beautiful view on the hills and the lake. Breakfest was delicious and a lovely gentleman made us great scrambled and fried eggs. The pension is very close to town with shops, cafes and restaurants, but quiet at the same time, so you can relax after a long day by the lake or on a racetrack :)

The bedroom was really beautiful with a balcony overlooking the lake and the hosts couldn't be kinder and thoughtful. It is very very clean with a warm atmosphere.

Haus Mayerhofer is situated in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, a 5-minute walk from Lake Wolfgang and the Zwölferhorn Cable Car. Free WiFi and free parking are available. The property is spacious and very comfortable for a family of for. It is located close to SPAR shop and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The host was very welcoming and friendly, spoiling us with Mozart Kugels 😊

The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe — the rooms are super cute and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a really nice selection considering it’s a small B&B. Mark was so friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived quite late, he still made check-in easy for us. Mark and Nicky also sent us clear directions to find the B&B, which was super helpful — definitely recommend using Google Maps, as Waze got a bit confused! Honestly, it’s a shame we only stayed one night — we’d happily come back for a longer visit next time!

Overlooking Lake Wolfgang, Hotel Garni Anzengruber is only 100 metres away from the shore. It offers free internet access, buffet breakfast, balconies in all rooms and a private lido. Absolutely loved this place. Felt like home. :) We loved getting to know the owners and enjoyed a laid-back, nature filled vacation! Breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful. Would love to return soon.

It feels like all the annoyances common in other hotels have been eliminated. From the moment we entered, we felt the special atmosphere and character that runs through every part of the hotel. We simply enjoyed this wonderful place and its stylish charm. The interior is stunning and well-designed, with beautiful art and accents that make the spaces feel unique. The windows offer peaceful, breathtaking views. The SPA area is a true relaxation haven—comfortable, professional, and beautifully designed. After warming up well in the sauna, it's worth taking a quick dip in the icy waters of Lake St. Wolfgang, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. We loved the hotel’s unique style. It’s not just a place to stay but an experience we’ll always remember and want to return to.

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. The location is in a quiet part of town, so you can sleep with the windows open, a well-equipped room and bathroom, a balcony with a view of the nearby mountains, neat and clean room. Very friendly hosts with answers to all your questions. You can even use the small shared kitchen to cook or store things in the fridge. Good and varied breakfast. All in all, a top ten :)

The Hotel Weisser Hirsch is an oasis of relaxation in the heart of St. Wolfgang, directly on the shores of Lake Wolfgang. It offers a private lake access and free Wi-Fi. What a great place to stay. This hotel is in the center of St. Wolfgang although I did have to ask a few people where exactly it was. This hotel is right on Lake Wolfgang. Breakfast was very good with Frau Stephanie handling the food service duties. Frau Patricia was often at the front desk and she was invaluable at giving ideas about things to do in the village. She is a gal that tells it like it is. Whatever she says, that's it. There were a couple of other ladies taking turns at the front desk that were also quite nice and helpful. Overall, the staff were excellent. The room was nice and modern. It's the kind of place where those little toiletries are in the bathroom, in case you misplaced something. I would certainly stay there again should I find myself in St. Wolfgang. ALSO want to mention that there is a great souvenir shop directly across the way from the hotel's front door (Name is Geschenke, address Markt 75). Good place to buy and bring back a few trinkets for the folks back home. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and well recommended.
